Full Hunter’s Moon Ceremony

Connected deeply with the timing of the autumnal equinox, the Hunter’s Moon was traditionally a time when people would hunt for the long winter.

This year’s Hunter’s Moon is also a supermoon. A supermoon is the closest that the Moon comes to the Earth in its elliptic orbit, resulting in a slightly larger size.. A supermoon amplifies the energy of the Full Moon, making it a great time for clarity and setting new intentions. It’s also a time where life issues and emotions are close to the surface.

This time of year the days get shorter, the nights get longer and the weather begins to cool. There is a freshness in the air as greenery begins to die and animals become dormant. It’s a time for introspection, solace, as well as personal growth and knowledge.

A Full Moon Ceremony allows you to connect your conscious to unconscious, revealing desires and natural intuition. We will start class with a guided meditation, followed by intention setting using crystals and candles. We will end class with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) with Reiki.

All participants will receive a Full Moon kit with crystals, candles and all supplies needed. Cost is $50.
