Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Sundays are 48 hours. This allows us to fill your appointment time with another patient off of a wait list if and when possible. If you cancel within the allotted cancellation time, you will be charged a full appointment fee depending on whether or not we can fill your appointment spot. If we can fill your spot, you will not be charged for your missed appointment.
Sundays are 48-hours because our office is closed on Saturdays and this is Lexy’s family day. All emails, texts and phone calls will not be responded to until Sunday morning, so please cancel all Sunday appointments by your appointment time on Friday.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows result in both a loss of income for practitioners and the loss of care for another patient. Recurrent missed appointments or last minute cancellations may result in termination of patient. Thank you for being considerate of our time!
For this reason, new patients are required to prepay online or provide a credit card number to reserve an appointment spot.
Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please email or text as soon as possible with any day of cancellations.
Inclement Weather:
Keep in mind, your safety is our biggest priority, if at any time you do not feel comfortable driving or traveling, email us as soon as possible and you will not be charged for a missed visit. If you do not contact us to cancel and the office is open, you will be charged for a missed visit. 24-48 hour notice is always preferable.
