Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

My cancellation policy is 24 hours. This allows us to fill your appointment time with another patient off of a wait list if and when possible. If given less than 24-hours you will be charged a full appointment fee depending on whether or not I can fill your appointment spot. Last minute cancellations and no-shows result in both a loss of income and the loss of care for another person. Thank you for being considerate.

For this reason, new patients are required to prepay online or provide a credit card number via phone to reserve an appointment spot.

Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email me at as soon as possible with any day-of cancellations.

Inclement Weather:

Keep in mind, your safety is my biggest priority, if at any time you do not feel comfortable driving or traveling, email me as soon as possible and you will not be charged for a missed visit. If you do not contact me to cancel and I am open, you will be charged for a missed visit. 24-hour notice is always preferable.


I will determine all next day morning appointments (starting before 12pm) by 6pm the evening before.
All next day afternoon appointments (after 12pm) will be determined by 10am same-day.
Any cancellations will be emailed and posted on my website and Facebook Page.
Any self-cancellations can also be done through my website if it’s more than 24-hours before your appointment.
