Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. This allows us to fill your appointment time with another patient off of a wait list if and when possible. If given less than 24-hours you will be charged a full appointment fee depending on whether or not we can fill your appointment spot. Last minute cancellations and no-shows result in both a loss of income for practitioners and the loss of care for another patient. Thank you for being considerate of our time.

For this reason, new patients are required to prepay online or provide a credit card number via phone to reserve an appointment spot.

Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email as soon as possible with any day of cancellations.

 

Inclement Weather:

Keep in mind, your safety is our biggest priority, if at any time you do not feel comfortable driving or traveling, email us as soon as possible and you will not be charged for a missed visit. If you do not contact us to cancel and the office is open, you will be charged for a missed visit. 24-hour notice is always preferable.

All next day morning appointments (starting before 12pm) will be determined by 6pm the evening before.
 
All afternoon appointments (after 12pm) will be determined by 10am same-day.
 
 
Any cancellations will be emailed and posted on our website and Facebook Page.
 
 
Any self-cancellations or rescheduling can also be done through the website if it’s more than 24-hours before your appointment.
