Flow II at Tree Pose Yoga with Lexy
October 3 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
This class is held at Tree Pose in Northborough-10 SW Cutoff #6, Northborough, MA 01532
A step up from our flow class.
The same style as our all levels flow class, but taken up a notch. Moves at a faster pace & often flows one breath per movement. Great for those wanting to advance their practice, as it will offer options to dive deeper within poses. As always, there will be the space to make the practice your own with options to soften & only take poses to a place that feels right for each student.
