Candlelit Restorative Yoga with Reiki with Lexy

Join Lexy for a relaxing evening spent in restorative postures accompanied by Reiki and surrounded by the glow of soft-glistening candles.
Restorative yoga is a gentler form that allows participants to relax into postures for longer periods while they focus on quieting the breath & mind. Lexy will provide Reiki for all those who would like to receive. She will end class with a Yoga Nidra meditation and each participant will receive a healing stone specially chosen for that evening’s class.
